People often advise against using personal credit to obtain a loan for starting a business. However, unless you have the support of family or friends or a significant amount of money readily available, a personal loan might be your only option. Nevertheless, be cautious not to fall into the trap that I did. Some companies claim to help you secure funding in exchange for a fee, but they often just connect you with lenders you can approach independently. Keep trying, tweaking your answers to fit variations of the same questions asked by different grant providers.

Due Diligence: Research potential investors or lenders thoroughly. Understand their terms and conditions before accepting any funding.
